Small place and long wait on a Friday night but the food was definitely worth it.

Love this place! If you want a juicy flavorful burger this is the place to go. Their hand cut fries and onion rings top the meal. Outstanding service too- staff is very attentive and friendly. I’ve been here many times and am planning on coming back manny more times!

We had been here before to get a beer and decided to come back because of the appealing menu. It is a crowded, lively place. Notably, the bar is considered part of the dinner service area, so there is no waiting at the bar. Instead, you'll be directed to a side room with some stools and small counters if you would like to get a drink and wait. We were not previously informed of this policy and were surprised that we were not asked if bar service would be okay with us. Additionally, the hostess was fairly unprofessional in response to our confusion at this uncommon policy. The food was delicious, despite one dish coming out only warm-ish. We enjoyed the parmesan broccoli and the chicken pot pie had generous portions of meat and vegetables. The ravioli was also tasty. The staff was fairly attentive, although clearly quite busy.

We've been here many times. For the most part the service is good. Be aware that the wait time during Fridays or Saturdays is about an hour or more. They simply don't have many tables. As for food, it depends on the day you go! I've had the same dish in different days and the food/presentation/ quality has been very different!! They do have good burgers though. If you're unfamiliar with the area you should know that there's zero competition in the area!!! There's hardly anything "good" around there. That all being said, we continue to go there because all in all is a good place! If you're readying this go ahead and give it a try. It's definitely worth it.

I love Depot Sreet Tavern. The food is always amazing with new items added to the menu on a regular basis. At busy hours, the wait can be a bit long but they have a heated porch where you can sit and have a drink. We usually wait every time but think it is worth it for the quality of food. On our last visit we were disappointed to watch two tables remain empty and cleared for our entire 20 minute wait only to watch people arrive and be seated immediately.

They have a good list of on tap local brews. My preference is for IPA and their inventory does not disappoint. Parking adjacent to the Tavern is tight but there is a lot across the street which is posted as parking for the Depot Street Tavern. First visit I has the Korean BBQ Steak & Cheese Panini which was good. The second time I had "THE Pastrami" which in addition to being very tasty was the largest sandwich I have ever had in a pub/tavern. It definitely takes two (2) hands to eat it. Will definitely visit again.

One of the best, if not the best, places to eat in Milford. Great beer selection and homemade food with fresh ingredients.

Love this place! There is always a great selection of craft beers to choose from. The staff is amazing and funny, expect a good laugh. The food is of great quality, breakfast or dinner. Always get the specials!

Place was small and cozy as it brings old nostalgic memories. Place had decorations from wall to wall giving it a homey feel. Music was on point with classic rock that just hit the soul when waiting for food. Service was very friendly and always attentive to what was needed at the table, like refilling water asking if needed anything. Food was very good and there was huge portions for the prices they gave. Food combinations seemed like they came right out of Granma's cookbook. Specials were wicked good as they were unique. Overall definitely go back again to try their massive craft beer selection as well have a nice lunch!

Love this place. Travel through this area a bit when I've from Sydney and always stop buy. Great beers great food great staff. Marty runs a tight ship re getting everyone seated. Love the constant changing craft beers. Only down side it's to popular!

First thing you should know this place is very popular. Yes the food is quite good and it's a small kitchen in a small restaurant so you're probably going to wait a little bit. Put your name in with the hostess, get a beverage and go chill on the porch for a bit. They'll get to you and your gonna have a fine meal from the nice folks in that small kitchen. They're working at a sustainable pace. Enjoy.

I’ve been to the Depot Street Tavern a dozen or so times in the last several years and I know of no other place that is as consistently outstanding! They have their own little twist on just about everything they serve. Worth the drive from 20 miles away, even if it means a wait when you get there. You will not be disappointed!

Great food! We stopped for breakfast. Great menu. Food was really, really, really, good (great). great staff, cozy, lots of beers and always changing beers. Coffee for my wife and I. Many drinks for kids.

Visited two Wednesdays two weeks apart. Busy both times, but in a good way. Staff was welcoming and friendly; the right amount of chatty. Food is great. Pictured: beet and goat cheese salad with chicken. All there named items were plentiful making this a hearty salad but at $14 you'd hope so. Excellent selection of beers from up and down the coast.

Had a great experience at this place. A friend recommended it for its quality of food and its craft beer selection-- both of which were worth the trip. The place is very small and they only take reservations during the week for parties of 8 or more (I checked), so come early or be prepared to wait. We sat at the bar which was fine for us, but know that it is a bit cramped in there. The staff was very friendly and attentive, I felt right at home, and the food was delicious! Would love to come back to try more of the menu.

Best of its kind: local, welcoming, good eats and brews. The menu is truly varied and interesting without giving up old standards for the area (meaning burgers, steaks, and Italian); the beer list locally inspired, equally interesting, and well selected. Come early or be willing to wait! It’s busy and should be. Honestly whatever your taste in food, if you you want a friendly place and don’t mind bustle, you’ll have a great meal

Must visit. Always great food. Always. You really can't go wrong here with anything you choose. Their specials are usually the way to go, but the items on the menu are great too. Be prepared to wait/experience limited parking/share very close seating space - this place is a local favorite and it's a pretty small seating area, but the food is totally worth it and I think all of the above is what makes it so unique.

This is the hidden gem of Milford - it's a small former train Depot - the wait is usually about an hour at their outside bar - the food is fantastic - the hostess Marty is a hoot

If you haven't gone here, it's about time you get yourself a table and eat some of this amazing food! We are so happy to have discovered this not far from the RV park we were staying at.We tried them for lunch and loved it so much we came back for a dinner a couple days later. They are super busy so get there early!

A restaurant worth driving to from any distance. The Depot Street Tavern for years has been serving up some of the best, most creative and delicious dishes anywhere. I can't say I've ever had a bad meal here and each dish I try is the best of it's kind. Tonight's fare is Chorizo Meatloaf with garlic mash and mustard greens. Truly a meatloaf to compare all others to. Of you are looking to spend a few hours with friend or just stop in for a beer and dinner, you can't get any better than at TDST

Very busy and for good reason! Had perfectly cooked salmon on my salad and tasty "tater tots". Burgers looked and smelled amazing.

We love hanging out. Yesterday we arrived in this delicious place which friends told us about. We passed a beautiful evening there with superb dishes and an efficient crew and a professional cook. We put this place in our list and we will surely return very soon. Highly recommended.

Small local place with BIG flavors. Great "At Home" style cooking. Food is excellent, Craft Beer selection is expansive, staff are very friendly. As it is a small place, expect a wait during the normal rush times, but it's definitely worth it.

I just had the most amazing waffle here. It was honestly the best waffle I’ve ever had. Our waitress Roaxanne was awesome and delightful.
